OUR NEW FORMAT

Nancy Mehl lives in Festus, Missouri, with her husband, Norman, and her very active puggle, Watson. She’s authored twenty books and just finished a new series for Bethany House Publishing. The first book in her Finding Sanctuary series, “Gathering Shadows” was released in May of 2014. The second book, “Deadly Echoes” became available in February.  The third book, “Rising Darkness will release late in 2015. She is also working on an Amish cozy mystery series for Guideposts. The first book, “Blessing in Disguise” was released in June, 2015.

All of Nancy’s novels have an added touch – something for your spirit as well as your soul. “I welcome the opportunity to share my faith through my writing,” Nancy says. “God is number one in my life. I wouldn’t be writing at all if I didn’t believe that this is what He’s called me to do. I hope everyone who reads my books will walk away with the most important message I can give them: God is good, and He loves you more than you can imagine. He has a good plan for your life, and there is nothing you can’t overcome with His help.”

OUR NEW FORMAT

After trying several different formats, the Suspense Sisters have settled on one that will last the rest of the year. We’ve incorporated several different suggestions from authors and readers, and feel we now have some things you’ll really enjoy! Here’s the plan:

Monday: This Week on the Suspense Sisters. We’ll let you know what to look forward to that week. Also, we’ll share the book being reviewed on our review page. Watch this page for interesting reviews and great contests!

Tuesday: What's Hot in Suspense/Mystery. We’ll let you know what books are best sellers, what new releases are coming down the pike or what suspense/mystery books are being offered for free or at deep discounts! Also, special promotions from some of your favorite authors will be highlighted from time to time.

Wednesday: Will be a post from one of us. We’ll share something special with you, and we hope you’ll stop by and “talk” to us!

Thursday:  Ask the Sisters. Every week we’ll give you the chance to ask us a question. It can be anything about writing. We’ll pick one question and post our responses. The person whose question we pick might win a suspense or mystery book! For example, this week’s question winner is Mary Gessner. She’s won a copy of Dee Henderson’s book, UNDETECTED. Watch for Monday's This Week  on the Suspense Sisters column, and post your question. You could be our next winner!

Friday: Will still be for interviews with some of suspense and mystery’s top authors. Look for these great interviews. Most of the time, you’ll get a chance to win a book you’ll really enjoy.

We hope you’ll like this new format and will join our mailing list. We’re honored to bring you some of suspense and mystery’s best and brightest.

God bless you!

Nancy

    1. Yes, Doc. Although it might sound as if it should be a stone's throw away from Dodge City, it's actually 40 miles south of St. Louis. I've been looking for Marshall Dillon, Chester, Miss Kitty, and Doc Adams, but they're nowhere to be found! LOL!
